We know that everyone has been patiently waiting during the last month, in which we have been dealing with the fallout of the previous spa notifying us they were no longer redeeming our gift cards etc, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers and clients. As we have promised since day one, our first and foremost concern is that of our clients and it is for this reason that we have been hard at work over the last month working on a new agreement.


It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce that Paramount DaySpa Salon & Boutique will be taking over Edgewater Spa's clientele effective August 8th, 2017.  All clientele who have Edgewater Spa gift cards and gift certificates and Spa Ahava gift cards and gift certificates will be able to redeem the dollar value of their gift cards and gift certificates towards services and retail product at Paramount DaySpa. We also encourage all previous clients of Edgewater Spa to book in for their services at Paramount DaySpa.


Paramount will start to accept calls from all Edgewater Spa clients no earlier than August 8th, 2017.  As with anything that is new, we are sure there will be a few hiccups and minor things that will come up, but we know that this time, we have chosen an amazing company who is professional and customer oriented and we are positive that our clients will have a great experience dealing with them.  There is no doubt they will be inundated with calls which means there may be times when they will not be able to accommodate exact dates, times, services etc., especially since they are already one of Saskatoon's premier day spas, and have many clientele of their own to accommodate as well.  For this reason we encourage all clients to be patient and flexible when booking your services.  We are very pleased to have Paramount taking over our clientele and we hope that the owners and staff there are treated with the utmost respect from our clients, as we know that all clients will be treated professionally and with great care and concern from Paramount.


If you have a gift card on hold and were unable to pick it up prior to our closing, they are located at Paramount DaySpa Reception Desk.


We wanted to set a precedent here in Saskatoon in the spa industry, by making sure that even though we had to close due to the sale of the property that we leased, and even though our first deal fell through, that we were able to accommodate our clients and their gift cards, and this is where Paramount has come in and proven to us that they care, as much as we do about the spa clientele in Saskatoon.

Update... After Edgewater Spa believed it had come to an agreement whereby Changes Salon and Spa would be taking over our clientele and accept Edgewater Spa gift cards and gift certificates at their location, we are disappointed to be recently advised that we could not come to an amicable agreement. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused our former clients.

It is with a heavy heart that we are advising everyone that the condo property we occupy has been sold and the lease for Edgewater Spa is not being renewed.

We have elected to not rebuild at a new location and therefore it is with heavy hearts, lots of tears, and much sadness, we announce that we will be closing Edgewater Spa as of May 31, 2017.

Our first and foremost concern is that of our staff and our clients.  For this reason, we have partnered with Changes Salon and Spa, located at #110-3501 8th Street East, to take over our clientele.  This means that as of June 1, 2017, Edgewater Spa gift cards and gift certificates will be accepted at Changes Salon and Spa.

All clients that have pre-booked with us at Edgewater Spa after June 1, 2017 will be notified of the above change, and we will be working with each client to re-book them at Changes Salon and Spa.  If you have an appointment after June 1, 2017, please expect a call from us within the next week to two weeks.  At this time, we will discuss your options for your appointment etc.

We would like to thank our clients for the most amazing last 10 years.  Without our clients, our business would not have been successful.  We are confident that our clientele will be taken care of by Changes Salon and Spa and have chosen to partner with them as we feel they are the best and most amazing fit for our clients and customers.
